Pirates Cove Townhomes are managed by the Association, with the exception of accounting, insurance and maintenance services. Tim Towner, of Sandcastle Industries - our managing agent - oversees these services on behalf of the Board of Directors and the PCTH Association.

The PCTH complex is located at the corner of Dana Drive & Stewart Road. If you are giving driving directions, you should mention that the complex is next to the Galveston Country Club, because Dana Drive is a private road and is not shown on a key map.
