Sandcastle Industries principal, Tim Towner, is an owner in the complex and is very interested in maintaining the curb appeal of the common areas, as well as maintaining the integrity of the buildings and amenities. 			About Tim Towner Tim is the General Manager - US Region for eProduction Solutions, Inc., a Weatherford Company, responsible for the throughput of well site automation and control product for the US manufacturing plants, as well as performing financial analysis of the global business unit. He is a graduate of Houston Community College and California Coast University, where he was awarded an AAS in Accounting and a BBA. Tim has been working in the accounting and financial groups of major oil field service companies for 30 years. He is also a long time member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Tim and his wife Brenda purchased their first fractional ownership in 1989 and currently own Unit 6.
